Sainte-Maure de Touraine

I love goat cheeses in common. Even simple cheap options are always fine because I like the smell and taste of the goat milk in it, probably, because I’m tired of cow cheeses which I ate all my childhood. Sainte-Maure became one of the milestones in my cheese adventures.
